I submitted this drawing to the @RiotFest art show dedicated to John Stamos, titled: “Have Mercy: The John Stamos Art Show”.

I was glad to be a part of this art exhibit, currently on display at the new Riot Fest restaurant in Chicago, appropriately named: The Riot Feast.

The display will continue onto the Riot Fest concert festival Sept 15-17 – Douglas Park, Chicago.

Each piece will be sold for auction and the proceeds will benefit a charity of John Stamos’ choice.

“It’s not just the song that’s captivating, but video illustrator Alex Rosas does a tremendous job of capturing the spirit of the song and town on a cold winter night.”

“No matter how much you love to spread the word about your band through online media, one thing has never changed. You’ve got to have a badass poster to let people know that your concert will be equally badass. Even if it’s only ever seen in jpeg format. Creating concert posters is a unique art, and today we celebrate the ten most amazing people in that medium playing their trade in Houston.”
